TENTATIVE AGENDA

Attached is the tentative agenda – tentative meaning that some room locations might be corrected, misspellings etc.  So please remember this is the draft as of 5 pm today, March 5 for preplanning purposes only.

COMPETITION TIMES

The actual presentation times for judged events are not available until at the earliest late next Wednesday evening. 

DROPS

If you have drops, please remember to log in and do the drops so that we can continue to make the changes to the contests before the actual “scheduling” of competitors takes place. 

CONFLICTS

Remember, it is not necessary to put in contest conflicts because the system knows there is a conflict and will solve/schedule accordingly.  This is for outside of the conference conflicts.  We do our best to accommodate but will not compromise the integrity of the events or conference to accommodate.  Our 1st priority is to run the events successfully.

GENERALS

Please be advised that the last general test will be provided one hour prior to the testing time published.  If a student arrives 30 minutes prior to time exams are offered they will not receive an exam.

PAYMENTS

Please do not hand deliver checks to me at the conference.  They are to be mailed.  Any check that is dated after the start of the conference is considered late.

APG ASSIGNMENTS

You can view your additional helpers from your chapter on your dashboard.  If you are not able to fulfill your assigned duty, please find a replacement and notify me of any changes you have made with others so that the registration system can be updated.

I will be relocating to the Hyatt tomorrow and will be onsite beginning tomorrow evening for the duration of the state conferences for DECA and BPA.
