DEADLINE FOR STATE REG IS THURSDAY

We are getting ready to have our largest EVER SLC for 2024 with 1,263 registered to date.

REGISTRATION & HOUSING

Remember that the deadline for submitting your registration is end of day, Thursday!  Be sure to hit SUBMIT  on both registration & housing as your housing is not automatically submitted – they are separate functions.

PRESUBMITS

Also keep in mind that the presubmits are due on Thursday as well.   See attached Guide.

Note, original guide had an error on the items to be submitted for the Digital Communications contest – it had not been updated to correspond to the 2024 topic.

INVOICE

Remember that you need to download your registration invoice from you dashboard and submit to your school’s office for payment.  It is available on your registration dashboard.

STUDENT PHOTOS

You can continue to upload your student photos all the way until the conference begins so if you have not yet done so, know that you have time.  Photos should be school type tasteful & appropriate photos and will be on the screens at the Grand Awards Ceremony if a member is called to stage.
