CONFERENCE REGISTRATION WILL OPEN ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 10, 2026

REGISTRATION FEE — TWO PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

OPTION A — $80.00 (With Housing at the Hyatt Regency)

The registration fee for attendees housed at the Hyatt Regency is $80.00.

OPTION B — $125.00 (Commuter Rate)

For attendees not using housing and commuting to the conference, the fee is $125.00 per attendee.
This fee is per individual, not per chapter.
The registration system will automatically determine the correct rate based on whether the attendee is assigned to a Hyatt Regency room.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

To receive the $80 conference rate, all registration materials—including online registration—must be submitted on or before February 5, 2026.

Registrations submitted after February 5 will be charged:

• $85.00 per attendee (housing participants)
• $125.00 per attendee (commuter rate)

If a chapter’s fees remain unpaid on the first day of the conference, the higher rate of $85 will be charged (verified by check date after March 5).

PRESUBMISSIONS
Minnesota BPA will use the online registration system for all required contest presubmissions. Please follow the directions included in the conference packet.
