the Month
Attention students
and chapter advisors! The State Executive team has brought back the Chapter
of the month Award!
The Chapter of the Month Award is an
award presented to one chapter every month for their outstanding program
of work and activities. All that a Chapter needs to do in order to be
eligible to win is fill out the Chapter of the Month application form
and email it to the State Vice-President by that month’s deadline. From
there on all the Chapter has to do is wait. The applications are then
read over by the Executive Team and the State Executive Director and
a vote is cast. The winning chapter will be announced on the Minnesota
BPA website and at the Spring Leadership Conference. Winning chapters
will also receive a certificate, designed by our own state secretary,
and signed by the State President.

be the next Chapter of the Month!
STEP 1) Chapters will send their applications to
the State Vice President rowena.zhang@mnbpa.org
STEP 2) If there are more than seven applications,
the State Vice President will then send an equal number of the applications
to each of the six members of the State Executive Team
STEP 3) Each member of the State Executive Team will
then chose one finalist and send the results back to the State Vice President
STEP 4) The State Vice President will send out the
list of the six finalists to each member of the State Executive Team.
STEP 5) They will then each chose one winner and
send the results back to the State Vice President
STEP 6) In the result of a tie, the State Executive
Director will vote to determine the winner
STEP 6) The State Vice President will then announce
the winner
In the event that the State Vice President
receives less than seven applications, he/she will send out the list of
finalists to be voted upon. There will be no preliminary selection. |
