Soren Hansen is your incoming State President. He looks forward to serving on your state executive council and hopes to contribute as much as he can this year. As a senior at Eagan High School he has worked hard to increase participation in his local BPA as chapter president along with many other academic clubs. He was a chapter president and and a recipient of both the member recruiter award and national torch award last year in his first year of BPA. He has taken part in many different extracurriculars throughout high school including science olympiad, math team, highway cleanup club, and many others. He is currently taking Calculus 3 through the University of Minnesota's UMTYMP program. He plans on attending either an undergraduate business school or an MBA program with a concentration in finance. |
Executive Vice President, Rowena Zhang

Rowena Zhang, currently a junior from Rochester Century High School, is your incoming State Executive Vice President. She looks forward to this upcoming year and is inspired to reach new heights with Minnesota BPA! Rowena is an active member of National Honor Society, Math League, Lacrosse, Southeastern Minnesota Youth Orchestra, All-state orchestra, and of course, BPA. As a chapter president of BPA, Rowena has learned how to create, organize, and communicate. In her spare time, Rowena enjoys playing cello in a quartet that provides music for weddings and special events. She also loves to volunteer at The Next Chapter Ministries which helps to build long lasting relationships with people who have been impacted by crime in their lives. In the future, Rowena plans to pursue a degree in International Business or Economics. Most people describe Rowena as a very excitable, funny, social person. So, if you see her anywhere, come and say hi to her! |

Claire Schiller is your returning State Executive Secretary. From Detroit Lakes High School, she also attends classes part time at the Minnesota State Community and Technical College as a PSEO student. Claire enjoys putting in hours at her work, Pizza Hut, as both a server and a deputy shift manager. The last year she has stayed busy competing in scholarship pageants across the state. To devote more time to her position as an officer in the upcoming year, Claire is interning for the state office through the Detroit Lakes School-to-Work program. She is a huge fan of Minnesota summertime recreational activities, particularly on the lake, yet hopes to earn her college degree abroad. |

Jacob Sparks is incoming Treasurer. Although he's new to BPA, he has the experience and the credibility to represent your State Executive Council. Jacob enjoys his work at McDonald's where he works as a crew member. To better improve himself in BPA, Jacob has participated in an after-school BPA Club and has taken multiple business classes. Jacob also enjoys volunteering for groups such as Feed My Starving Children. In his spare time, Jacob enjoys hanging out with friends and playing sports. He plans on majoring in Business Finance in college and hopes to study abroad in the future. |
Executive Parliamentarian, Dallin Ingalls

Dallin Ingalls is your incoming State Executive Parliamentarian. From Blaine High School, Dallin has a passion for business. He enjoys his work as a sales associate for Hoffman Weber Construction. As a senior attending Blaine, He has been awarded a business certificate as has taken almost every available business class the school offers. To help improve BPA, Dallin plans to improve corporate communications, promote better BPA unity through events and increase membership. Dallin loves to snowboard and wakeboard and spend time with friends. He hope to attend Brigham Young and major is Business Management with Finance Emphasis. |
Executive Historian, Tommy Vue

Tommy is your State Executive Historian for Business Professionals of America. As a student at Tartan High School, besides Tommy’s dedication towards Business Professionals of America, he is a current member of Asian Student Alliance, Link crew, and Students Against Destructive Decision. Outside of Tommy’s education, he is employed by Western Bank as a teller. He learns effective techniques of being efficient, accurate, and having good communication as a teller. On weekends after finishing all of his priority goals, he loves to spend time playing sports. Through all of his experience from leadership and from work, Tommy commits himself to the duties of the State Executive Team in the upcoming year. He will work with inspiration and motivation from last year’s officers. Tommy’s future goals are to attend the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, and hopefully use the experience that he’s obtained in the Minnesota Business Professional of America State Executive Team to achieve new goals in the future. |
